Shipping & Delivery Policy


Prordeal free shipping on everything. Depending on your location, allow for 3-5 business days for delivery, then swing by anytime to pick up your order. All free shipping orders are shipped ground via UPS or FedEx.Oversized items are NOT INCLUDED. (Any exempt items will be called out in the product description, so check there to see if an item is excluded as oversized) . Available to addresses within the contiguous U.S. Delivery changes and tracers are not available with Free Shipping.

For download software you will receive a license and download link within 48 hours.

Please Note: A physical street address is required. We don't ship to APO/FPO or P.O boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico due to shipping limitations.

2.Shipping Times And Processing Order

Order Processing

Almost immediately after you place your order you will first receive an order confirmation email. It is at this time that we will begin processing your order. Processing involves receiving your order, transmitting the information to the warehouse, and packing the product for shipping. Our goal is to accomplish this within 2 - 3 business day.

Shipping Notification

When your item has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email from us containing your tracking number. With this number, you will be able to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you
Note: Orders placed over holidays and weekends will be processed the following business days.

3.Defective Merchandise Policy

It is very rare that you will receive an incorrect product; we double-check all orders before we ship them. However, if we made a mistake/error in shipping (it does rarely happen), please, first, notify us within 2 business days of receiving your order. We will then issue a Return Authorization Number (RA #)  number and return instructions on how and where to return the product. Please do not ship anything back without a Return Authorization Number (RA #)  and those instructions.

4.Refused Delivery, Incorrect Address

If the address is incorrect or outdated the parcel will typically be returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check the address carefully when placing your order.
Incorrect address format. If our system doesn't recognize the way an address was entered the parcel may be assigned to a carrier that can't deliver to that address.
Failed delivery attempts. Most of our carriers will make more than one attempt to deliver a parcel. If they find that they can't successfully deliver your parcel it'll be returned to us.
